Timber Selection
We select seasoned native Irish ash, spalted beech, or black walnut for grain harmony.

The Build
Two to three weeks at the bench. Traditional joinery, hand-planed edges, and sanding to 320-grit.

Oil & Delivery
Soaked in food-safe mineral oil, buffed with local beeswax, and dispatched tracked via An Post or DPD.
