Heavy in the hand, quiet on the counter. End-grain maple and walnut part around your blade instead of fighting it, so Sunday prep feels smoother and your knives stay keen longer. Finished with pure mineral oil and local Kilkenny beeswax. Warm, food-safe, and faintly sweet when you lean in close.
